Ingredients

Dough 47%

Wheat  flour, water, mixture vegetable fats and oils [non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm oil) and non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (sunflower oil, cottonseed oil)], extra virgin olive oil 3.5%, salt, dextrose. 

Filling 53%

Whey cheese (myzithra) 35%, water, feta cheese 22.5%, wheat semolina, modified starch, egg white powder, corn semolina, salt, black pepper.

Baking instructions

Preheat oven to 185ºC (365ºF). Remove mini rolls from freezer. Place them individually on baking paper and bake for 30 minutes without defrosting.
